The item I wish to order from CHRONO is not in stock. How do I order it?

If the item you wish to order from CHRONO is not in stock, you will be required to make an advance payment of 20-30% of the total price of the item. Once the item has been delivered to CHRONO, you will be required to pay the balance to finalise your order. 

Do you offer customer assistance in more than one language?

Yes, CHRONO offers customer assistance in English, Latvian and Russian languages.

How long is the order processing wait?

Once the receipt of payment confirmation has been received, your order will be shipped immediately.

How do I make a payment for my order?

We accept the following payments:

CHRONO uses TNT Door To Door delivery services for delivering orders.

How long is the delivery time?

CHRONO uses TNT Door To Door delivery services.

The standard delivery times are:

  • Within Baltic countries - 1-2 business days
  • Within European Union - 3-5 business days (1-2 business days if Express)
  • Globally - 3-5 business days

Does CHRONO deliver to Russia?

Yes, we deliver to Russia with the option to pick up your order at one of our stores in Saint Petersburg or Moscow. Please contact us for deliveries in other cities across Russia.

Are the items in their original packaging?

Yes, all items from CHRONO online catalogue are delivered in their original packaging with authenticity certificates and manufacturers guarantee. 

Does my order outside European Union cover taxes and customs fees?

No, CHRONO assumes no responsibility for taxes and customs fees in countries outside European Union. Please contact us for more information.

Do you sell used items?

All items on CHRONO online catalogue are brand new unless stated otherwise. 

How long is the warranty?

International warranty terms and conditions depend on the manufacturer, varying between 24 months to 5 years.

Is CHRONO an authorized dealer?

No, CHRONO is not an authorized dealer of any of the brands represented in the online catalogue.
